About Moreh Holman
Mowreh Holman, is a native of Sacramento, graduating from Sacramento High School, and attending Sacramento City College and the University of Nevada Reno, where he studied Business Administration and Secondary Education.
He worked for the State of California (in numerous capacities), and finally, in the year 2000, he retired after 27 years of service, to answer Yahweh’s call to full time ministry.
Mowreh Holman comes from a family of pastors. His grandfather, the late District Elder Thomas Holman, was founder of Christ Temple Apostolic Church, here in Sacramento. Mowreh Holman learned to minister and care for people under the mentorship of his late father, District Elder Robert B. Holman, Sr., the successor at Christ Temple Apostolic Church.
At twenty years of age, Mowreh Holman was called to the ministry to preach and to teach Yahweh’s Word. He served in the ministry his father pastored for more than thirty years. During that time, Mowreh Holman became the 3rd Minister of Music in the history of the Pentecostal Assemblies of the World for the International Pentecostal Young People's Union.
Over all these years, Mowreh Holman has watched the dynamics of social, economic, and cultural change. All these changes, along with the prompting of the Holy Spirit (Ruach HaKodesh), have lead him to pastor a congregation that reflects the Hebraic teaching of the Scriptures, and the whole of The Torah.
Mowreh Holman has pastured First Tabernacle Fellowship since its inception in September of 1994.
Since "Truth matters," Mowreh Holman has helped a good many people get their spiritual lives together, by dealing straightforwardly with the Word of Elohim in their lives. And because "truth matters" – while he was teaching from the book of Exodus, he understood what is was that the Ruach HaKodesh wanted him to see…that the Sabbath was a perpetual covenant that Yahweh established for His people, everyone who believes. With this truth in mind, in January of 2006, just twelve years after the start of this ministry, Mowreh Holman directed the ministry to return to the commands of Elohim, by honoring the Sabbath and adhering to His commandments and the Hebraic roots of Scripture.
Mowreh Holman believes that these are the times when The Creator, Blessed Be He, is calling people to return to the Torah.
